Shipping & Returns
Ground Shipping: Please allow 2-4 business days for these orders to be processed. Once they are processed they will be shipped and received within 3-5 business days. Delivery time does not include weekends. There may be additional delays due to weather, holiday, and UPS exceptions beyond our control.
Although we want everyone to love their Jenny May items we know that sometimes things may not work out. If this is the case feel free to send it back to us!
Our returns are for STORE CREDIT only!
All items are un-worn, un-washed, un-altered and have the original tags still attached.
Items must be received within 10 days from the original purchase date.
All items are free of make-up, deodorant, other stains, perfume, rips or tears.
All SALE & SEASONAL items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
If your return does not meet the criteria listed above do NOT attempt to return it. It will be shipped back to you and is subject to additional shipping costs and no credit will be given.
To return an item please attach the original receipt with the package & include return form. Return forms can be sent to you via email. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and in the subject please put return form please. We will then send you the form to include in your shipment. Please send your returns to:

We suggest that you send items back using USPS, UPS or FedEX along with a tracking number. We are not responsible for items that are lost while in-transit to us.
Once we receive your items they will be processed within 2-3 business days at which time you will be issued a store credit for the price of the item and any applicable taxes but minus the shipping the charges we incurred. You will receive an email once your store credit is available. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
